What's covered
- Hardware faults arising under normal use
- Diagnosis by our own technicians
- Repair or replacement of faulty components
- Return postage where a warranty fault is confirmed
What's not covered
- Accidental or physical damage
- Damage from unauthorised modification
- Software-only issues and OS reinstalls
- Cosmetic marks and general wear
